It's insane to think of what put lives are made up of.

The feelings, people, memories, and time.

What gets us thru the fire of hell is connection whether with God, Universe, others and more.

We have to be willing to open up the soul to others and let our vulnerability flow.

And be open to the change you'll have to make to keep ur spirits up!
